I have done
this page as a way for me to cope with the sudden passing of my 5 year old nephew. He was taken form his family in a tragic
way that could have be stopped. He passed away after falling into a swimming pool that was not fenced. So please if this could
just save one life it will be worth it. If you have a pool or know anyone with one please from one family member to another
make sure it is fenced.
Our famliy
will never see Easter in the same way again as Philip was taken from us on saturday 19 April 2003 it was Easter Saturday.
So on easter when family where together having fun my family was together holding each other wanting some answers. How could
the owners of the pool not have it fenced when it was law.
Above is the
last photo taken of Philip.
We called
him the blonde devil and yes he could be a devil but he was our devil and we loved him so.
You could
see in his eyes the mischeif or even see what he thought he could get into next. He was cheeky kid but i loved him. I
think in the five years i had 3 hugs from him once he was not a baby he used to say if you want a hug aunty bobbie you have
to catch me and no I never did catch him much. But I loved him with all my heart.
It has been
12 months since you where taken from your families loving arms.
We miss the
mischeif in your eyes and that cheecky grin of yours.
If we could
turn back the clock we would just so that we would still have you with us mate.
I know
you are playing where you are and watching over all off us.
So my darling
nephew until we meet again I love you and miss you ever day.
As does the
rest of your family.
Love Aunty
Bobbie
